Library Loot: First Trip in August

New Loot:

The Strange Case of Origami Yoda by Tom Angleberger (Thanks, Melissa!)
Crunch by Leslie Connor (Thanks, Tina!)
A Secret Affair by Mary Balogh
Wench by Dolen Perkins-Valdez
Jane Eyre the Graphic Novel (Thanks again, Melissa!)
Frankenstein the Graphic Novel
The Private World of Georgette Heyer by Jane Aiken Hodge
Beauvallet by Georgette Heyer
April Lady by Georgette Heyer
The Convenient Marriage by Georgette Heyer
The Foundling by Georgette Heyer

Why so much Georgette Heyer this time?! I'm SO excited about Austenprose's month-long celebration!!! The celebration includes: "thirty-four book reviews of her romance novels, guest blogs, interviews of Heyer enthusiasts from the blog-o-sphere, academia and publishing and tons of great giveaways." The schedule can be found here.

NO LEFTOVER LOOT!

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire and Marg that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Great to see so many Heyer titles. I'm reading The Foundling for the first time, as it's the book I'm reviewing for Austenprose's Heyer month. I love The Private World of Georgette Heyer too!

Enjoy your loot!
