Sign up by leaving a comment. I will do my best to remember that blogger is totally and completely unreliable and wonky when it comes to actually notifying me when a comment is left so that I approve all legitimate comments.
If you would like check-in posts throughout the year, please mention it in your sign up comment. If you are neutral or don't like checking-back-in mention that too, if you don't mind. I'll do what most want--or try to remember to do so. Let's be honest, intentions at the start of the year don't always stick.

I'm in. I'm committing to the challenge in 2021. WWII stories are books I read anyway. I also love the music and film of this era.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for putting this together.

ReplyDeleteOK, me! I have a bunch of WWII books I need to read.
ReplyDeleteOops, sorry. I like quarterly checkins, that suits me.
ReplyDeleteJean, I'm so glad you're joining!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds wonderful -- I have at least a dozen books about WWII and that era on my TBR shelves. I'm setting a goal of at least one per month and this will really inspire to read them!

ReplyDeleteI will be enthusiastically joining your WWII reading challenge for 2021! I'm a writer of both mysteries and historical fiction set in WWII. I'll be publishing a series of three WWII books this year, so I'm immersed in the era anyway. I'll enjoy being challenged to find books I haven't read. Thank you for putting this challenge together. I'll be joining others as well, but I'll fill my list for this one first.

I’m joining. Love WW2 books and have a bunch on my Kindle.
ReplyDeleteI like check-ins IFF it is easy to find them.
ReplyDeleteShall we post links to our book reviews as comments?
I'm thrilled that this challenge includes movies! My husband is excited that I now want to watch all his faves with him. I am curious, do others plan to post reviews of the movies they watch?
Happy New Year fellow challengers!

I'm in! I have a whole stack of unread books written in or about the WWII era, this will really inspire me to read them all.
ReplyDeleteHere's my signup post: https://karensbooksandchocolate.blogspot.com/2021/01/two-more-reading-challenges-wwii.html
I would love periodic check-ins but whatever is fine, I'm just happy to participate.
World War II is one of my favorite time periods, so this will be an easy one for me! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't remember if I already signed up, but I'd love to join in. Some of my favorite Christian authors write books set in WWII. :)
