(I figure it’s easier than asking your most serious boook ever, because, well, it’s recent!)

Clara's War is the most serious book I've read lately. It's a great nonfiction book--a memoir--about the Holocaust. I definitely recommend it.

The funniest book I've read lately is Three Men In A Boat and Three Men On A Bummel by Jerome K. Jerome.
