You can't sign up yet. But Mr. Linky & a new post announcing the 'official' start will be up on the 23rd. Why announce it now? So YOU have time to plan your list. I have a feeling I'll be working on the list for quite a few days. It is nice to have a few weeks to plot it all out :)

The only way I could join this one is if I made my goals finishing all the other challenges I'm working on, several of which end around the time this one does. But this one is so flexible, that I just might be able to get away with it!
I hope you're able to join. It should be very fun. And flexibility is key to any GOOD challenge. :)
