I've discovered a new site, it's mainly focused on Canadians. The site has a limited number of books to give away to bloggers who *promise* to review any 'claimed' book within a month of receipt. Some titles can be shipped outside Canada, but not all of them. It's a first come, first served kind of site I believe. Here are their FAQs.
